  • On June 7, 2010, Westrock's Schwing 41m Separate Placing Boom was removed off of the 28th floor of Epcor Tower: Station Lands, Edmonton.  A total of 29,199m3 was pumped into Edmonton's newest commercial high-rise.  It was bitter sweet to see the boom flown down 28 floors after completing the last slab, but we are excited to see which site the pump goes to next.
  • New Schwing 55m for Noresask arrives!  If you didn't catch it rolling down Saskatchewan’s highway's on May 18th, 2010, be sure you keep your eyes open!  This new 55m-boom pump rolls on 6 axles, and can reach an amazing 151ft from the front of the cab, or 181ft straight up!  With a theoretical output of 163m3/hr, this pump is sure to make all Saskatchewan contractors satisfied.  This new addition to Noresask's fleet is in fact, the largest boom pump in the province of Saskatchewan today.
  • Noremac is going full speed on Edmonton’s newest highway expansion project.  The north Anthony Henday expansion, which includes 27 new bridges, requires a large fleet of reliable equipment, along with excellent operators to be able to maintain the tight schedules set out by Flatiron-Graham-Parsons.  "When the light turned green, we were ready to go" -Al Labatch, Noremac's Senior Operations Manager.
